What is our Return/Refund Policy?
Returns and refunds can be made within 30 days of purchase. Customer must email and request a return authorization prior to returning the products. Items must be returned in the same quantities they were ordered in (ie: if ordered as a box of 20, only full boxes will be eligible for return). A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns. All items must be in new condition - unused and undamaged for a full refund. Customers assume responsibility for shipping costs to ship returned books to Missio Publishing. Please use UPS or FedEx on all box returns. (Missio is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping). We will assume responsibility for the return, including shipping costs and restocking fees if the return is a result of our error.
UK & Non-UK Customers
Please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number. Let us know what you are returning (and we'd really appreciate it if you let us know why you are returning it too). We will then email you a returns label which you can print off.
Once complete, repackage your item in the original box, attach the label securely and drop the box in at your local post office.

We offer refunds in two ways and you can choose whichever is more convenient for you. Firstly, we can refund directly to the card you used during the payment process if you’ve let us know within 30 days or, if you are planning to purchase your next batch of products soon or if the refund is between 30 – 90 days, we can simply send you a voucher code for the full amount, ready to use when you next order (this helps us to keep our costs low too).
All our products come with a 30 day guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us .

If you are still on the website, you can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the PayPoint.net secure payment section at the checkout.
Beyond this point please email or call our customer services department email@example.com or 0845 833 6387 quoting your order number. We do offer a full 90 day guarantee, so please let us know before then. And, of course, your statutory rights are not affected.
If your order has already been shipped, please return it to us following the refund procedure above.
We're really sorry if you get your goods damaged! We do send out the product in some sturdy boxes, but occasionally there is some damage. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0845 833 6387 and we'll arrange for a new, undamaged product to be sent to you as soon as we can as well as send you a returns label for the damaged stuff.
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Missio Publishing advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
